Privacy Policy

This is a placeholder. The production privacy policy is gated on legal sign-off per REQ-041 decision #16. The version below is a working draft only — do not treat it as binding policy.

What we collect

Marketing site visitors: aggregate analytics via Umami (cookieless, no personal identifiers). Contact form submissions: name, email, company, topic, message — used to reply to your inquiry.

How we use it

Site analytics inform product decisions in aggregate. Contact form data is used only to respond to you and is retained per our standard CRM retention.

Sub-processors

AWS (hosting + email delivery via SES), Umami Cloud (analytics). The full sub-processor list lives in the Prism app's Trust Center for paying workspaces.

Your rights

Email hello@prism-marketingstudio.com to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you, or to revoke consent. We respond within 30 days.
